Nexus POS

Terms of use

Using this site and sending a request.

This site

These terms cover nexuspos.shop. The site explains Nexus POS and lets a restaurant or cafe ask for a plan. Opening a shop is a separate agreement we make with you.

A request is an enquiry

The form asks us to contact you. It is not an order, a contract, or a payment. We may accept, decline, or ask for more detail. Nothing is billed until we agree that with you, including by email.

What you send

Give a real shop name and an email you read. Do not send passwords or card numbers in the message. We use what you send to reply, and to open a shop only if you later ask us to. You confirm that you may send those details.

The shop’s own records

Once a shop is open, the menu, orders, staff, and stock belong to that shop. The shop is responsible for the prices it charges and for keeping its own sign-in details safe.

Acceptable use

Do not use the form to send advertising, abuse, or someone else’s details. We can ignore a request that looks like that.

Changes

We can update these terms, the disclaimer, and the plans shown on this site. The date below is the date of this version. A shop that is already open keeps the plan that was agreed.
