FAQ
Questions before you write to us.
Who is Nexus POS for?
Restaurants and cafes that take orders at the counter or the table and send them to a kitchen.
What does a shop get?
The counter, the kitchen, the office, and stock. That covers orders, receipts, products, staff, customers, printers, ingredients, suppliers, and purchase orders. Every plan includes those applications. The plan changes how many staff, products, tables, and orders the shop can run.
How do I start?
Send a request with the shop’s name, a plan, and an email you read. We reply by email and set the shop up with you. A request does not open the shop by itself.
Is a request a payment?
No. Nothing is billed when you send the form. We agree the start with you before a plan is charged.
Can the counter run in Arabic?
Yes. A shop can work in English, Arabic, French, Turkish, Spanish, Persian, Hebrew, or Urdu. Arabic, Persian, Hebrew, and Urdu use a right-to-left layout.
What if we have no tables?
The counter stays on takeaway. Tables appear when the shop adds at least one.
Can we change plan later?
Yes. Tell us and we move the shop to the other plan. The limits follow the plan you are on.
Whose clock is on the receipt?
The shop’s. Orders, the kitchen, and the day’s report use the time you set, including summer time when you turn that on.
Who looks after the menu and the staff?
The shop does. You choose the products, the prices, the people who can sign in, and the language on the counter.
What happens after I send a request?
We read it and reply to the email you gave us. If the plan fits, we agree the details with you and then open the shop. You can also tell us to wait.
